Tegan plays a central role in the practice as our Practice Manager, seamlessly managing everything from patient care to clinic operations. With over 15 years of experience in healthcare, she brings extensive expertise developed through her roles as a Surgical Dental Nurse, Sterilisation Nurse, and Front Office Coordinator.
She holds a Certificate IV in Dental Assisting (Radiography) and a Certificate IV in Sterilisation Services, and is highly skilled in maintaining exceptional infection control standards within the sterilisation area, ensuring all processes align with current Australian guidelines and best-practice protocols.
Tegan also supports patients as part of her role in coordinating treatment care and is available to assist with any questions regarding treatment plans, procedures, or appointments, ensuring patients feel informed and supported throughout their dental journey. From welcoming patients at reception to coordinating the daily flow of the clinic, she is dedicated to creating a calm, organised, and supportive experience.

She holds a Certificate III in Dental Assisting and is confident supporting the dental team chairside as well as guiding patients through their treatment options with clarity and care. Melissa is known for her positive attitude, clear communication, and ability to balance efficiency with genuine compassion.
