Meet Tegan
Tegan plays a central role in the practice as our Practice Manager, overseeing everything from patient care to daily clinic operations. With over 15 years of experience in healthcare, she brings a wealth of knowledge from her background as a Surgical Dental Nurse, Sterilisation Nurse, and Front Office Coordinator.
She holds a Certificate IV in Dental Assisting (Radiography), a Certificate IV in Sterilisation Services, a Diploma of Accounting, and a Certificate IV in Medical Administration. Tegan is also currently completing her Graduate Certificate in Infection Control, further strengthening her expertise in maintaining the highest standards of safety and compliance within the clinic.
Highly organised and detail-oriented, Tegan is passionate about creating a smooth, well-run environment for both patients and the team. She places a strong focus on ensuring patients feel warm, welcome, and relaxed from the moment they enter the clinic. Tegan works closely with patients to coordinate treatment and is always available to answer questions, helping ensure everyone feels informed, comfortable, and supported throughout their dental journey.
Outside of work, Tegan enjoys going to concerts, camping, and spending quality time with her family.

Melissa is a warm, approachable, and highly experienced dental professional with over 10 years in the industry, working across both Dental Assisting and Treatment Coordination roles. Her friendly and welcoming manner helps patients feel comfortable from the moment they arrive, while her strong clinical and administrative skills ensure each appointment runs smoothly.
She holds a Certificate III in Dental Assisting and is confident supporting the dental team chairside as well as guiding patients through their treatment options with clarity and care. Melissa is known for her positive attitude, clear communication, and ability to balance efficiency with genuine compassion.
Her dedication to patient support and teamwork makes her a valued and trusted member of the Mickleham Dental Clinic team.

She is known for her warm, approachable nature and takes the time to ensure each patient feels comfortable, heard, and well looked after. Whether assisting chairside or helping guide the team behind the scenes, Huong approaches her work with care and attention to detail.
