Can I eat and drink while wearing my Aligners?
Good news—you can still enjoy all your favorite foods during treatment! With SureSmile® Clear Aligners, there are no food restrictions. Just be sure to remove your aligners before eating or drinking anything other than cool water. This helps maintain their fit and keeps them from staining.
Once you’ve finished your meal or drink, simply brush your teeth and pop your aligners back in to stay on track with your treatment.
How often should I wear the aligners?
It’s recommended to wear the aligners for 22 hours a day, removing them only for meals, brushing, and flossing.
How often should I see the dentist?
You’ll likely see the dentist every 4-6 weeks to assess your progress and receive the next set of aligners.
